Replace & Exchange Policy
- We would be happy to issue Replacement within 7 days of order delivery on the rare occasion of a mistake attributable to us including the Wrong Item Delivered, Transport Related Damage, Or Defective Product only.

- Provide Details: Describe the issue you've encountered and any relevant information. Video Proof Is mandatory for package opening without cut and pause for replacement or return.
- If You Order the wrong size and want to replace it, then you will have to pay an additional shipping cost of INR100 for that.
- To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Once the product is cleared by our internal quality team, we will send you a replacement or refund.
- Your replacement will be processed in 1-2 days once we receive the returned order and its subsequent inspection.
- Once your replacement has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email & whatsapp.
- Ensure that returned items are in their original condition and packaging.
- Please follow our unboxing video guidelines, which will be provided when requesting a return or replacement.
- We reserve the right to deny a return or replacement if the item is damaged due to misuse or neglect.
