Replace & Exchange Policy

  1. Contact Us: Please get in touch with our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. You can reach us at [+916262831330]. 
  2. Provide Details: Describe the issue you've encountered and any relevant information. Video Proof Is mandatory for package opening without cut and pause for replacement or return.
  3. If You Order the wrong size and want to replace it, then you will have to pay an additional shipping cost of INR100 for that.
  4. To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  5. Once the product is cleared by our internal quality team, we will send you a replacement or refund.
  6. Your replacement will be processed in 1-2 days once we receive the returned order and its subsequent inspection.
  7. Once your replacement has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email & whatsapp.
