1. Battery & Charging Problems
- Charging cable: Avoid using the charging cable that comes with the AirPods; please use the original cable that came with your phone for good performance.
- Reset your AirPods: Hold the button on the back of the case until the status light blinks amber, then white. Reconnect them to your device.
- Restart charging: Place the AirPods back in the case, close the lid for 15 seconds, and then reopen it. Try charging again.
- Clean the charging ports: Dirt or debris in the AirPods' case or on the charging connectors might prevent proper charging. Use a soft, dry cloth or a soft-bristled brush to clean them.
2. Connectivity Issues
- Disable Automatic Ear Detection: In Settings > Bluetooth, tap on the “i” next to your AirPods and turn off Automatic Ear Detection. This may help if your AirPods are frequently disconnecting while in use. (Apple Devices Only)
- AirPods Connected but No Sound: Reset your AirPods.
- Reset Your AirPods: Place your AirPods in the charging case, hold the button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds until the status light flashes amber, then white. Reconnect your AirPods to your device.
3. Not Work or One Side Work
- Charge the AirPods for at least half an hour the first time, use the original cable that came with your phone white charging.
- Reset Your AirPods: Place your AirPods in the charging case, hold the button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds until the status light flashes amber, then white. Reconnect your AirPods to your device.
- Android Pairing: Open the Bluetooth settings on your Android or Windows device. Press and hold the button on the AirPods case until the white light blinks, then select your AirPods from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
