Replacement Policy
We are trying hard to serve your order to your appropriate products and sizes. In case if you received the wrong product or it's not working, you can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery.
- Your reverse pickup will be scheduled by Hotgadget at no cost within 2-3 working days of your request.
- In case the reverse pickup is not generated, the customer must send the product themselves.
- Unbox Video proof is mandatory for package opening without cut and pause, as per our policy.
- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Once we receive the retuned items, our team will inspect them and issue a replacement.
Return Policy

- Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them and issue a refund in the form of store credit. The store credit can be used for future purchases at the our store.
Exclusions:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Physical and water damage.
- Request will not be processed if the product is received without accessories.
